Data we collect
Peach Form collects account authentication details (such as name, email, and encrypted password), form configuration data you create, and form submission payloads sent to your forms.
Email usage
We use email to support account access, operational notifications, and delivery of submission and system alert messages.
Stripe usage
Paid plan billing is processed by Stripe. We store Stripe references needed to manage your subscription (for example Stripe customer and subscription IDs), but we do not store full card numbers.
Data retention
Your account, forms, and submissions are retained while your account is active. Billing-related records required for financial and operational integrity may be retained for a limited period when needed to meet legal or compliance obligations.
Account deletion
When you delete your account from billing settings, your account, forms, submissions, and linked billing data are permanently removed from active systems.
